*The Toll Road Law (Carmel Tunnels) 1995 and the concession agreement regulate the method of determining travel rates, payment channels, and enforcement measures in case of non-payment.
*The travel rates at the Carmel Tunnels may change based on the type of vehicle (private car, truck, and public vehicle), changes in the consumer price index, and the provisions of the concession agreement.
